Chicago Public Schools Board Meeting Speech
We were honored to be selected as one of 30 to speak at the Chicago Public Schools board meeting in April 2023. We spoke to the Board about the importance of creating a more LGBTQ+ inclusive health curriculum to educate the next generation. The board made a commitment to increasing inclusivity in the health curriculum citywide. The speech from the Board Meeting can be found below:
Medical Student Pride Alliance National Conference (April 2023)
On April 15th, 2023, the initiative's work was presented to other leaders in LGBTQ+ health advocacy at the Medical Student Pride Alliance national conference. The poster from the conference can be viewed here:
